Return&Refund

All items purchased in Hyselec come with a Money-back Guarantee to your satisfaction.

The applicable guarantee period commences from the date of receiving, up to 7 days.

Within the period stated, you can return the item and get a refund without any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and intact, with tags, and in its original package. 

You’ll also have to show valid proof of purchase.

You are liable to pay for the returning delivery.

The returns policy does not cover the following:

• Second-hand items
• Items unpacked and already used
• Items unable to sell again

If your return is accepted, we'll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. 

A product returned for a refund must be shipped in its original package.

For exchange, you could return the item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

You pay the postage for sending the item back. 

Processing for refund will be within 5 business working days.
