Shipping Policy

Coverage Area

We deliver orders nationwide. If the area is remote possibly outside logistics' service, please contact us to confirm. 

We currently do not ship outside the Philippines.

Location

Our company and warehouse are located in Cebu City, from which all orders are delivered. 

Charge

We offer free shipping on orders over ₱1,999. The fixed charge for orders below ₱1,999 is only ₱69 nationwide, which is automatically calculated when you check out.

Processing

Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.  

All orders are processed within 24 hours upon payment verification. 

Orders before 1 pm can be delivered on the same day! 

Orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or Messenger.

Packaging

All items will be packed in carefully by us before delivery, protected by materials such as bubble wrap, styrofoam, plastic, tape, and cartons to make sure that your package is shock-resistant.

In general, J&T Express is our favorable logistics partner providing fast, easy, and hassle-free delivery service across the country.

Receiving

It's recommended to receive the parcel in person before the courier. As per the requirement of the carrier, probably in advance prepare your valid ID upon delivery. 

If you won't be able to personally accept your order, you can authorize someone else to receive it on your behalf. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID.

Please ready your payment amounting to 0 PHP for your COD order .

Tracking

You can track your order by texting the waybill number on the logistics website.

Payment

Various payment methods are acceptable, including Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, Paypal, credit card, bank remittance, etc.

Cash On Delivery

The availability of COD on specific locations is dependent on the courier's delivery matrix. 

Be present on the date of delivery. In-case that you won't be able to receive the order, make sure to have a representative to receive the order on your behalf.

Damage

If a shipment is received in not good condition, you need to carefully check the inner box and goods. It is essential to take photos for proof in case a claim is needed when the product does not work well.

Cancellation

If your order has not been packed or shipped, you may still cancel it. Send us an email with your order number to hyselec@gmail.com or Messenger us immediately.

Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with our product and receive a  defective or wrong item, you can request a return and refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further solutions.
