Warranty

All items purchased in HYSELEC come with a standard warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

The applicable warranty period commences from the date of purchase, up to 1 year. Within the warranty period stated, you can return the items for free repairs.

If the defect or damage occurs within 30 days, you can also claim for free replacement.

If you feel unsatisfied with the product or just change your mind, you can make a request for return and refund within 7 days upon receipt. Please refer to our Return&Refund policy.

During the Warranty period, HYSELEC will either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacements or parts or, (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

The returns policy will only cover manufacturer faults and does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by liquid
  • Intentional damage
  • Damage caused by dropping the product or mistreatment
  • Damage caused by attempting to repair or adapt the device by yourself or a third party
  • Physical Damage such as Cracks or Breaks
  • Repairs undertaken by a third party company
  • Improper use of accessories
  • Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear – e.g scratches to touchscreen
  • Acceptable Battery life depletion

To be eligible for the warranty coverage, you will have to show valid proof of purchase as and when required. 

To request a Warranty Service within the warranty period, please first contact us through email hyselec@gmail.com, attached with the following information:

  • Problem description
  • Contact information
  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Photo of the product

The defective Products or parts thereof covered under this warranty shall be repaired or replaced (with comparable and/or refurbished equipment or parts) as determined by us in our sole discretion.

Any free repair or return needs to be authorized via HYSELEC. If you have returned one package without prior authorization, sending to the wrong address, returning an incorrect item, or submitting an empty package, HYSELEC reserves the right to refuse any compensation.

A product returned for repair must be shipped in a proper package including any cables or accessories necessary.

You pay the postage in advance for sending the item back to us. If the defect is verified to be caused by the manufacturer faults, we will refund the shipping fee to you.
